BTP Running Linux Mint 21 saved to desktop

Post by Crusty »

Hi guys.
I'm now running a Linux Mint 21 version of BTP & have saved the programme to my desktop but noticed the icon has a lock on the bottom right corner.
When I click on the icon to open the software, I have to manually enter my name & registration key to access. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to open the software without manually entering my details every time.
Cheers,
Brian

It sounds like a file permissions issue. What process did you use to install the software?
